We want to be your favorite pair of underwear. Period. Our products are designed with superior comfort in mind, and they are guaranteed to fit you exactly the way you want them to.
We call it "The Perfect Fit Guarantee" and it means you can buy with confidence, for you, or others. Why? Because even after your first wash and dry, you are welcomed to exchange any one pair for another size at any time. We advise that if you've ordered more than one pair, open just one to try first. If after washing that one pair and drying it, you'd like to try a different size, in addition to exchanging/returning all other unopened packages, we will credit you for the worn pair as well.
For all other items besides underwear, if you're unhappy for any reason, simply contact us within 60 days and return the item(s) you are unsatisfied with for either for credit or refund, as long as the item purchased is still in good condition and comes back with all original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for US and Canadian orders... all others will have to pay return shipping, but let us know before sending it back anyway so we can confirm the adress (different items can ship from and to different warehouses) and so that we know it's coming.
Items marked "Lifetime Guarantee" or "Guaranteed for Life" are often warrantied by the original manufacturer. Still, Flint and Tinder stands by every product we sell, meaning you should feel free to return them to us and we will handle it from there. Please note: In cases such as these, if it has been more than 60 days from purchase, we may, at our discretion, replace the item, rather than providing a refund.
