Buy with confidence. Even after your first wash and dry, you are welcomed to exchange one pair of underwear per style for another size at any time. We advise that if you've ordered more than one pair per style, open just one to try on first. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to return it to us and we will gladly issue a refund or process an exchange within 60 days of the shipped date. We accept returns of ONE worn pair of underwear in each style and all unopened merchandise purchased for full refund or exchange within 60 days.
We encourage you to try on 1 pair of underwear (of each style) before contacting us. But if for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, please contact Customer Service by phone at 800.408.2814 or by email at service@flintandtinderusa.com before sending us anything. We will provide you with a complimentary free shipping label for all online returns and exchanges.
All Summer Board Shorts
We will happily exchange or refund any unwashed and unworn pairs of the All Summer Board Shorts within 60 days of the shipped date. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, please contact Customer Service by phone at 800.408.2814 or by email at service@flintandtinderusa.com before sending us anything. We will provide you with a complimentary free shipping label for all online returns and exchanges.
Returns / Refunds
- Before making a return, please contact our Customer Service Team by email at service@flintandtinderusa.com – as we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for US and Canadian orders... all others will have to pay return shipping, but let us know before sending it back anyway so we can confirm the adress (different items can ship from and to different warehouses) and so that we know it's coming.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We will refund you the price you purchased your items at. Please note: On International orders, with the exception of Canada, we can not refund shipping costs or other fees associated with importing items to your home country.
- We can’t take back any opened products for hygiene reasons. However, if you have not opened the underwear, you can return those pairs. We will credit you for ONE worn pair of underwear for each style and any other unopened pairs.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to receive your return, once received we will refund you for the returned items.
Exchanges
- Exchange requests can be made for an item with the same or lesser value, please contact our Customer Service Team by email at service@flintandtinderusa.com – as we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
- To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

- With the exception of Canada, we technically do not "exchange items"... we do however make refunds on items returned to us at which point you are welcome to re-order the new size, color, or style you would like to replace the items with. It's a subtle difference, we know, but an important one. Thank you for understanding.
- If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of F+T or because of quality issues, we will be happy to credit you.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to receive your return, once received we will contact you to issue an exchange for the returned items.
