Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we’ll happily accept your order back for return or exchange!

Return Policy:

  • We accept all unopened, unworn, and unwashed merchandise for return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please e-mail us at service@flintandtinderusa.com to initiate your return. Provide your order or reference number and the items you would like to return/exchange.
  • We will issue a pre-paid FedEx shipping label for all domestic returns. 
  • We will credit you for one (1) worn pair per style of underwear for fitting purposes, on your first underwear order. We do not accept returns of opened underwear beyond this.
  • Please be advised returns can take 1-2 weeks for us to receive and an additional 2-3 days for processing.
  • Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.


Refunds:
  • All refunds are issued back to the card that was originally used to make the purchase.
  • After the refund has been issued, it can take 3-7 business days to post to your account, depending on your banking institution.
  • You will receive a refund confirmation e-mail once it’s been issued.
  • To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Exchanges:

  • Exchange requests can be made for an item with the same or lesser value; if you would like to make an exchange for something of greater value, we will issue a store credit for the item in the amount you originally purchased it for. 
  • To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We will credit you for one (1) worn pair per style of underwear for fitting purposes, on your first underwear order and exchange all pairs for a different size and/or style.
  • Your exchange order will be placed at the time of your request, and will ship once we receive your return. If we do not receive your return within 30 days of your request, the exchange order will be cancelled.
  • All exchanges will be shipped via UPS Ground.

 

International Returns:

  • We do accept international returns of all unopened, unworn, and unwashed merchandise for return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • We do not cover the return shipping costs for international returns.
  • Please e-mail us at service@flintandtinderusa.com to initiate the return.
  • We will either issue you a full refund or a store credit in the amount the item(s) were originally purchased for.
  • We do not offer international exchanges. 
  • We will credit you for one (1) worn pair per style of underwear for fitting purposes, on your first underwear order. We do not accept returns of opened underwear beyond this.

 

Defective Items:

  • If you believe an item that you received arrived defective or damaged, please e-mail us at service@flintandtinderusa.com with a photo of the defect/damage, and we’ll make it right!  

 

LIFETIME GUARANTEES

Items marked "Lifetime Guarantee" or "Guaranteed for Life" are often warrantied by the original manufacturer. Still, Flint and Tinder stands by every product we sell, meaning you should feel free to return them to us and we will handle it from there. Please note: In cases such as these, if it has been more than 60 days from purchase, we may, at our discretion, replace the item, rather than providing a refund.
